What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This would change the one job 966 to 3 and thirding their HP. Also with this change this would make it to where 966 breaches are silent for 15 to 30 minutes. Also make it to where 966's can talk to each other without being able to be heard in game. 966's would also stalk people allowing them to loose sanity like 323 until they fall over and die or 966 can just beat them to death.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
To my knowledge no.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Makes it to where 966 has a playstyle of staying inside the foundation scaring people.
966 breaches would be longer but would not impact the entire foundation so people can still move around.
966 breaches would also be a problem instead of just a guy you blow up with nitro.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
making 966 actually popular.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This makes 966 more of a stalking SCP allowing them to stalk their victims and kill them when they are alone. 966 is also just boring atm and has the easiest counter in the world so making it to where its silent just makes it more fun for 966.
