Denied 999 able to temp disable 682

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
make a thing where clicking 682 as 999 will stun him before

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Making 999 more usefull, would make sense as this test makes sense as in lore it incapacitated him.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
682 being easier to contain

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
it will make 999 fun and very usefull for the foundation.

3. 682 made everyone around him incapacitated (already in the game)

After discussing this suggestion, we concluded that the implementation of this feature wouldn't be ideal for SCP-682 whatsoever, it would ruin the breach for the player who is on as 682. This feature could also prompt Job Abuse as, as soon as SCP-682 was to breach, someone may switch onto SCP-999 purely for the fact of tackling the breach of 682.
