What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Add a menu that lets you switch character models and toggle existing model options, such as hats or bandanas, without leaving your current job. This menu would not affect PAC in any way; it only allows toggles already present on models.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
yes
Previously, I didn't explain my suggestion clearly, but I hope it's understood now: the idea is to let users switch models without changing jobs. Adding a toggle may require extra effort, but it wouldn't affect pac sales since it's something already available on the model.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
People can stay on a job while wanting to change their model (like if you click on a job, then forget to set the right model, you'd have to go to D-class respawn, click on the job again, and then pick the model and respawn)
People can toggle off and on things that are already on the model (this wouldn't affect pac, as most models have 3 things on them, and most models don't have anything)
Pac wouldn't be affected in any way, as these are 2 very different things, as one is about being able to change your entire character, and one is the ability to add a scarf or change your model in the respawn menu.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
People can change models in-game if it's in the cmenu and try to get away from arrest (I'd say in the respawn menu or just after you spawn, so if you do forget, you don't need to die).
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Being able to switch your model while staying on the job you're on is all this suggestion really is; the toggle things are just sub-ideas. gonna say this again THIS WON'T EFFECT PAC cause you can't do much with toggleables with the player models, which would actually make people more interested in PAC too.

Denied Thread 'Add wardrobes'
What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Add wardrobes
has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I don't think so.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
People can change their player models in game and allowing people to customize their player model. It would bring variety to each person making it easier to ID people and not just say a janitor or a ISD.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
People change their player models when on AOS
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
