What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

The suggestion I am making adds two potential new ways to get authorization to conduct certain testing and are as follows:

-Allow high ranking MTF Members Lieutenant+ to authorize certain tests (Ex. MTF LTCOM can authorize the sample gathering of CL4 SCPs for Senior Researchers)
-Add an Executive Researcher Assistant role for those that show exceptional performance, but do not exactly meet the Executive criteria. (Must be appointed by an Executive, and approved by Research Leadership) They would need 2-3 signatures from Executive Assistants to conduct specific testing.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

The potential of this can be vastly beneficial for those that can only be on during certain times of the day, where there are less active command/leadership personnel active and not have to wait for hours for testing approval. This addition could also allow for more RP potential inside of the Research Division and advancement opportunity within the department. Furthermore, having additional personnel that can authorize certain testing can reduce the workload for Executive Researchers and other personnel who can authorize these tests.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

The addition of an Executive Assistant is a position that is to be held in high standards. If personnel are accepted as an Executive Assistant, the potential of authorizing a test that should not have been accepted to begin with does rise. Exec. Assistants should be trained and have certain limitations/guidelines on what they can and cannot approve.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

I believe that with proper protocols for Exec. Assistants/MTF Command members and receiving a list of protocols they must follow, I believe that having the ability to allow them to authorize testing will benefit the research division greatly, while mitigating the risks. The more members that can authorize testing/sample collecting will allow the research division to conduct their duties more frequently.

EDIT: Updated to follow proper formatting.

Suggestion Denied

Hi @Dictator Iragan,

Thanks for taking the time to make a server suggestion.

The Content Team has chosen to deny your suggestion because this is not up to the Content Team to decide, but rather the people in charge of the In-Character policies (such as O5, Ethics and e.t.c.). And on another note, we feel like it would be uneeded to add an Executive Researcher Assistant, due to the fact that there's already Junior, Researcher and Senior Researcher jobs already.

Your suggestion will now be locked and marked as denied.
