What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds the ability to give/drop excess firearms gained from looting scrap piles in D-Block
Currently if you're looting scrap piles and you happen to pick up a pistol the game classifies it as a 'One Time Use Weapon' and prevents you from dropping it. I want that gone and I don't see much of a reason to have it in the first place
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Possibly? I feel like this is more of an oversight than any sort of content change
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
+Better DClass coordination as it allows the sharing of guns that one person doesn't need
+Less clutter in your inventory, switching to useful tools like cards and meds are easier
+Improves the DClass scrap cycle as one scout doesn't hog all the pistols
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-Makes life just a little harder for Gensec to eliminate all gun-wielding DClass
-Possibility of a stockpile of weapons if Gensec don't realize a mountain in a Dclass' cell
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I don't see why Dclass shouldn't be able to share their weapons with other Dclass. It ain't glued to my fingers and pistols aren't the end of the world. Most of the time it's just a peashooter anyways so being able to give a 1911 to the guy next to me when I already have a Prokolot seems logical to me. I'm not sure if this is a deliberate choice given that there was once a time when you could dropcrap pistols.
