Denied Ability to remove characters

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
The suggestion adds a way to remove a character, being able to delete characters you don't want. For moderators, they could have the feature to manually remove characters to a player if they really wanted to.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Don't think so

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

1. Being able to remove characters
2. Remove "unwanted" characters (created by mistake)

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

1. When deleting a character you have to make sure your not in a regiment or else you will loose that regiment and rank
2. If you delete a character with licenses and levels with cooking and scavenging you will loose that progress

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe this should be accepted because it adds the ability to remove characters. I also don't understand why it hasn't been added already as it would make a great feature to remove characters you don't want. It would make a great feature to remove "unwanted" characters.
