Upon reviewing of the actions of your employees, policies and procedures; I wish to no longer be a part of your community. I wish that you delete any data that you have or may have collected retaining me. If you do not delete my information, I will be forced to take legal action against Civil Networks Limited and/or Daniel Michael Lush following the law Section 1798.105 of CCPA, Articles 7(3), 17 and 21 of GDPR. " To obtain erasure (deletion) of personal data (information) without undue delay". I wish that you respect the laws and abide by them.

They got 30 days as per the GDPR guidelines to respond, but you need to contact the owner directly for this to take effect. Posting on a public forum like this won't get you anywhere.

I also wonder when people get banned (https://civilnetworks.net/community/threads/scp-rp-usa-ban-appeal-hydrodro.28013/) they flip out, don't take ownership of their misbehaviour and think GDPR is the way to go about things to try and feel they got a bit of control. Wild.

Hi @Hydrodro, for privacy and security reasons, according to GDPR articles, we cannot process a GDPR request via a public forum. In order for Ventz, and/or Yeke to properly handle your request, and in accordance with data protection regulations please submit your request here: https://civilnetworks.net/community/misc/contact

According to Article 17 'Right To Erasure', individuals can request the deletion of personal data, however, this request must be submitted privately and securely. This is due to the necessity of us to verify your identity (Article 12(6)), and properly communicate (Article 12(1))

According to Article 12 of GDPR, we provide a clear and and secure way for data subjects to exercise their rights.

You can contact us here: https://civilnetworks.net/community/misc/contact
You can read our privacy policy here: https://civilnetworks.net/community/help/privacy-policy/

Looks to me like you are upset; that I choose not to be a part of your community and wish to invoke my rights of personal data protection. The actions of the majority of your community alone in this thread explain why I do not want to be a part of your community. Three of you did the Haha emoji. I don't know what part of the world you are from, nor do I care but the laws of my country and obviously the U.K. take these data protection laws seriously. Also, I can assume you are completely talking about me when you say " they flip out, don't take ownership of their misbehaviour and think GDPR is the way to go about things to try and feel they got a bit of control. Wild." Let's be realistic, I doubt many people actually take the steps to invoke their personal data protection rights. So for you to sit here and say 1.) I flipped out (obviously a lie, due to the fact Im still here fighting for my rights.) 2.) Dont take ownership of their misbehaviour. (obviously another lie, due to the fact. I made an appeal and am even defending myself from your attack.) 3.) Think GDPR is the way to go about things to feel control. (Personally i think you have some control issues in your life and are trying to feed them to me. Just because I dont want you making fun of me or having my data in their database does not give me control.) Again, let's be realistic you only wrote here to mock me and/or point out my flaws another reason your community is toxic. Thats why you linked the ban appeal to this thread and said what you said. Maybe you need to get some control in your life and think positive thoughts and actually help people mentally instead of attacking them. Look at Requis for example. That is someone everyone viewing this thread can respect as they did not let emotion or feelings get in the way of their opinion of the situation. You don't see any haha emojis nor any rants about someone they have absolutely no business degrading.

Thank you, I can respect your sound opinion of the situation. I've sent this notice via email and messaged the owner also. I am going to send a copy through the mail to the address given for the company. Also, a larger company that deals in data protection may be emailing this request upon my behalf too.
