What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
-I am attentive to my surroundings. I am a good listener and always willing to learn. I have respect for my peers even if I dislike them. I have a good vision on what the site should be striving for. I enjoy making various characters in roleplay and acting out scenarios. I engage frequently with other players and always strive to make people feel good or have a fun experience
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
-Right hand men of the Overseers, they mainly watch over the site and enforce orders to ensure everything is running smoothly.
Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in: Cole "Ace" Weinstein was born into a family of hatred and anger. He was constantly abused and ridiculed for his actions wether they were right or wrong. His father would always tell him he would never amount to anything and was always drunk. Even though he worked daily 8 hours a day he could never make ends meet. Constantly bickering with his wife about what he spends the money he earns on, conversations about it usually ended with a bruise on his wifes body. The son who was a straight A student who never let this opressive family bog him down, would still be beaten by his dad on a daily basis for not standing up to the people that bully him at school, for not doing his chores right on time and being perfect and many more needless tasks. Only meant to torture him. When he turned 18 he left his house and went to join the army. Becoming a highly trained Spec ops operative, he consistantly dismantled insurgencies and terrorists groups with his squad. This of course drew the attention of the S.C.P foundation, noticing his combat prowess. He was offered the role of a MTF NU-7 Operative highly trained military personel seeking to disrupt the Chaos Insurgency and contain S.C.Ps that are surface bound. After reaching the rank of CSG in the regiment. Ace grew more and more curious of the research department. He was always the first to offer to escort tests during downtime and always enjoyed observing tests. Even making suggestions on what researchers should do next. After being a CSG for a few years, "Ace" wanted to take a more administrative role. Mainly towards the researcher department due to his curiousity and interesting ideas. He always sought out to ensure the site and research department were running smoothly always suggesting new ideas and constantly observing and reporting any abnormalities in both areas.
(i know it isnt the greatest but id mainly like to be focused on research and making sure people are testing correctly and doing interesting things.
I know director of research or something would be alot better but overseer assistant seems like a better fit as i want to appoint research not control it)
