Accepted Add a chef NPC to floor 2

This will add a chef NPC (the one who sells food) to the floor 2 cafeteria

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Would allow nu7 and dea to get access to food faster without having to go to dblock or PW
Would make sense as it is a cafeteria

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
N/A

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Its annoying having to go all the way down to dblock or PW to get food as DEA or nu7 on surface and this would simply make it faster for them so they can return to normal duties faster
