What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds Perma Kill to MRP for people who break fearrp and die. It would not be a complete character deletion as that would be annoying but I believe a full-rank demotion would work. This would include when exec auth is granted as it now has a bigger impact than killing a soldier.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
1. It will give more incentive not to break fearrp and hopefully add more cooperation
2. Will make the server more serious and cause fearrp to more meaningful
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
People will complain but people complain about everything
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe this would be the right step in making MRP a more serious server and would also cause people to think more about their actions.
