Content Suggestion Add a global version of operational command

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Add a global version of operational command. (the pager thing that is in the command sector of the personnel tablet). It would be a option to press called "Global operational command" this would be for MCOM+, MAJ+ (for GOC), and Site manager+.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not to my knowledge.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
More RP with the pager system
Pager system would be used more

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Could be abused (maybe add a cooldown)

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
More people would use the pager because of this and could add for more cool RP stuff

But just let everyone page everyone else. If people fuck around with it, let ISD handle it (or COs in the case of CI/GOC).

Perhaps also add some sort of voice amp system to the tablets yes yes.
