Add a proper timer to the ERT Phone (And a search bar in Whitelists)

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Add a timer to the ERT Phone (ERT Available in xxx)


Edit: Please also add a search bar to the Whitelist menu for Sr CL4s.
Pros: It makes things much simpler, and it will speed up the process drastically.
Cons: Might be hard to code in?

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
I know how long I have to sit AFK before calling in ERT, and can optimize my TikTok doomscrolling RP.
I can let all the innocent non-combatives who are screaming at me in comms to call ERT that help is on the way!

Metagame or smthn idk
Dev time

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because "THE BREACH MUST LAST 10 MINUTES" isn't helpful and many SA/SC, myself included, don't like sitting there doing nothing while waiting for ERT.

Literally all the time bro, you never seen 2 reality benders breach at once? Nigh impossible to fight, or 008 breaches then you're Uber fucked, but also that's not what the suggestion is suggesting, it's suggesting a timer to let us know how long until ert can be called.
