What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
It will add a way to ask for class-d/SCPs/other jobs to flag on without spoiling who you are.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
As far as I can see, anything like this has not been suggested anywhere
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
* Removes bias if maybe an SCP would flag on for 1 person but not another,
* Removes metagaming if there is for example a CI raid that the foundation don't know about and they need a sample of an SCP that isn't flagged on yet so must ask

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
People may abuse it to spam without people knowing who it is, or be confused by it

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think it should be accepted to reduce metagaming and bias, and the possibility of spam could be moderated by moderators or a cooldown added to the way of asking.

I'm fairly certain something along these lines is planned, but yes - A way to just go "ding, an SCP is needed" with like a Discord ping on the SCPs tab and on the specific job itself.

Maybe something like /request [scp deisgnation]
And it does a little sound and a generic SCP flag on notification in chat to anyone that meets the requirements.

If no-one online meets the requirements, throw an error back at the requesting player.

I know I've advocated for a ""button at the CC" kinda system in the past, but then I realised if you do that for TGs/8837/any XK SCP and no-one online has the package, you've kinda just wasted your time. Generally you want to be requesting SCPs on approach to the CC for best results. Plus, asking people to flag on SCPs is also an OOC thing so having an actual OOC item in the map is probably not desired. A chat command would be much better for this.
