What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[This a small suggestion and adds 1 item to the Class: D-Class Scout. This item that will be added to the scout is binoculars.]
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[ It makes sense as they are literally called a scout as well as I feel it would bring some more RP by making scouts want to actually spy on stuff to report to their other teammates on the radio they are also given. This will not be contraband as they spawn with it like they spawn with the SCP-500 pill. They will have another item to use and will create some more excitement when being scout instead of just getting on it to kill somebody and then die, it will make them want to interact with their teammates to report things and overall just make the class much more interesting and fun!]
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[It should be accepted because it has no side effect as well as it improving the scout class and making people want to RP more with their fellow D-Class to report things they spot! It creates much more RP and doesn’t cause GENSEC any inconvenience as it’s not a weapon they can use against them and etc. It will be very easy to implement and it overall just makes sense for them to have it and would bring more to the table for D-Class.]
