Add body cams to combative jobs that don't have it on spawn

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Unsure

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
People can clip things and it can be IC
Won't have to wait 2 minutes to get a new body cam when you die

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
More people will have body cams

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It is a quick change and will help with roleplay

The reasoning they give for not letting everyone just spawn with bodycams is something along the lines of allowing ISD to have more investigative roleplay rather than just their loop always being reviewing a clip and being done with it - The main problem being is that this pretty much never happens because there's not really much else to go on. I feel like we need the planned Investigation Tool first before this line of reasoning makes sense - Because what are ISD really meant to do if there's no clip? Do they just take your word for it? It feels very cart before the horse, and without clips, there's currently no reasonable way to follow up on a lot of claims.
+Support
Even if just for the time being until the Investigation Tool is a thing - But even then there's another problem there because the tool is a SWEP, and therefore an additional server entity. There was just a mass culling because we were butting up against the limit. It might be prudent to consider merging a bunch of stuff, including planned stuff, seeking other ways to implement things rather than just constantly making new SWEPs.

+ Neutral, leaning support - perhaps not all combatives, but more than currently have it.

Somehow Emilia Foddg gave a completely sane and perfect take.

The lack of investigation methods limits ISD to needing clips the majority of the time, as any questioning can easily be lies and any witness wrong.

Investigative RP is only possible when you either have a 3rd party assisting(like a GM or staff) or you have the suspect assisting through responding to stuff like actions. Bodycam remains the most used piece of evidence in any arrest and in order to change that other mechanics like the body identifier tool which got abandoned would need to be added. Rp shouldn’t require a GM/staff every single time someone wants to make an arrest and the suspect obviously won’t help in most cases.

Anyways +support until they add more mechanics

Yeah, that's the thing I linked - I don't think it was abandoned, so much as it's in development hell. I imagine there's lots of issues with trying to actually implement it, given what it is; And especially now that we have to be more frugal with giving SWEPs out.
