What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
- Add scavengeable newports and jack daniels
--> they do 10-15 damage to you
--> (optional) you can get addicted (5 damage every 5 minutes without it) or give lung cancer or liver failure (medical RP)
--> (optional) smoking emits a cloud of smoke to make it look more awesome and makes an inhale sound rather than the "bleeeghh"

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
prolly not

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- gives more for ISD to do (drinking and smoking on the job is illegal)
- gives more for rangers to do (drinking and driving is illegal)
- gives more for medical to do (they would have to cure the addictions and perform chemotherapy/surgery if necessary)
- adds more variety to the scavengeables, could make it rare to boost the server's economy
- character development (people who have smoking as a part of their character's lore would be able to rp that portion)
- is freaking awesome

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- would have to import the models from somewhere since they aren't on the current pack I don't think
- potentially promotes drinking and smoking to the younger player base

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
ultimately I think this is the greatest suggestion ever devised, it adds rp and would simply be awesome
