Rule Suggestion ADD COMMS CHECKING AS A OFFICAL RULE TO 1.05

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion would add 'Comms checking' to 1.05 Do not Metagame - Using information gained from an out-of-character source to gain an advantage against others and using out-of-character sources to give information and influence roleplay. as a spoiler

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
-People dont get confused as there is no ruling nor rule about it.
-Makes it so then people cant ask "JUGG WYA" over TS and see where they are when in rp you really dont know how many juggs would be where you are.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[Cant see any as this is already sorta enforced]

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[Allows players see a rule that is sorta enforced and makes valid sense]

maybe as a example or just in the staff rulings (edit: ) since it is there but when I asked staff why it isn't there (a while ago), they said like "oh otherwise we'd put everything and it would be too much" or something

yh i get where that staff was coming from but its like 1 very very key bit of information for new or even old players
