What does this suggestion add?:
Adding corkboards, like the one already in Inanimate Light Containment Zone, will allow researchers to put up documents providing an SCP file and notes on the SCP. This would provide a single and easy place to view information on an SCP that you plan on researching instead of needing to search through the ScipNet, which does not even provide SCP files.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I do not think it has been suggested before.

Possible Positives of the suggestion:
- Provides an all-in-one location for an SCP.
- Information regarding an SCP would be more organized than the ScpiNet.
- It will be easier to read information rather than the computer.
- Easier to learn system than ScpiNet for looking up information.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Possible bugs or dev time
- Could lead to info breaches

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I feel like this suggestion would be accepted because we already have one corkboard that has been proven useful to RSD. These corkboards make researching information a lot easier to do in-character rather than being required to search up the SCP using the wiki.

What about the file room next to the Researcher spawn room? On UK, that's where all SCP-specific documents are held, and are locked behind the clearance level. It's just a matter of creating the docs, since they have been recently wiped.

Maybe instead of adding a bunch of corkboards, could only add a couple in more general locations around HCZ, also look at the usefulness of some existing ones? IMO the ones in LCZ are fine, but HCZ could use a look over.

IIRC last I saw on UK, there was a corkboard on the side of the lorry sitting in 939 courtyard. That has to be a terrible place for something people are saying take up a lot of entity budget, ending up with very little use. That one you could move to a wall in the courtyard area, maybe closer to the other SCPs too, make it a more general location that poses more use potential. Maybe at the very end of the 966/096 hallway?

Good luck working anything out for LHCZ though, working out locality in that place is a mess and is probably why people find it so labyrinthian. The one going in from secondary is fine IMO. Maybe one somewhere after primary could be fine, too.

I like this alot, only concern would be the entity count, as there is many SCPs on site. Though technically you can group specific ones together, such as Non-spec, inanimate, etc. But still that would leave..

LCZ inanimate
LCZ non-spec
012
1162
999
173
22415
457
2295
914
073
860
912
500
(And thats just LCZ, at a total of 14 entities just for LCZ!)

Then for HCZ you'd have
Inanimate
Non-Spec
096
966
939
8837
049
087
106
7722
079
682
008
035
076

Which is an extra 15 entities! Meaning 29 extra entities perma'd across the map! Not to mention additional lag caused by the documents on each boards!

If the devs could optimise it overall, that'd be great to have done, but till then I dont think the server can justify 29 extra entities for what is essentially a minor RP enhancement. Though I would say corkboards in collective areas such as non-spec and inanimate may be a good idea! (bringing it from 29 to 4)
