What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Add decontamination equipment to GOC

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- There's a way to deal with 008 on surface (it got to surface twice yesterday, not yet today but it was close)
- RP for GOC
- Speeds up dealing with 008 in general sicne we're being let in for 008 breaches anyways, therefore more passive rp for everyone.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

see i get your point and how its sometimes extremely unwieldy to deal with 008 id imagine especially on surface but if a society killing entity gets on the surface maybe the 3 factions should you know stop only caring about killing each other for 5 minutes to deal with the issue instead of "bagh they get it n it works to deal with x so everyone should get it"
