What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds the decontainimaton foam gun to E-11 Containment Specialist

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
More people who know what they are doing able to combat 008
Much easier to combat 008 spores throughout the VERY big map

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Harder for 008 nukes

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Currently the only E-11 units with the foam gun are E-11 Biohazards. Containment Specialists have it too, but they don't all know what they are doing and aren't in comms with E-11.

It's hard for 2 E-11 Bio units to decontanimate HCZ and LCZ without ERT. Once an non-bio E-11 dies, there is a 10 minute cooldown for a hazmat suit so they are basically out of commision for 10 minutes with how the new spore infection system works. By adding the foam guns to E-11 containment specialists, it would allow people who have communications and training to be able to better combat 008 breaches.
