What does this suggestion change/add/remove: Add alarms for Full Site Lockdown around Heavy Containment Zone, so us plebians in HCZ are also allowed to know when it gets activated

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2): People in HCZ know whether their request for FSL was fulfilled, prevents false 079 callouts (and possible subsequent hacks) for doors closing "randomly" because nobody said anything about activating FSL
Possible Negatives of the suggestion: None from what I can tell
Based on the Positives and Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted: Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't see any downsides to the suggestion, it would be a nice for QoL, and it doesn't really make sense that HCZ wouldn't have any alarms for the entire site entering lockdown
