Add ISD Cams

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This gives ISD access to site-wide cameras, like the O5 has on Floor 3. It improves security, helps ISD respond faster to threats, and ensures rules are followed.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Similar ideas have been suggested but focused on limited access. This suggestion gives ISD full coverage, making security more effective.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

1. Better Security & Faster Response – ISD can spot threats and react immediately instead of waiting for reports over comms.
2. More to Do for ISD Agents – If an agent is assigned to cameras, they have an active role instead of waiting for incidents.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

1. Privacy Concerns – Some may feel uncomfortable with more surveillance.
2. OSA/A-1 Authority Conflict – The OSAs/A-1 may see this as ISD stepping on their role.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
ISD's job is to keep the site secure and enforce rules. Site-wide cameras help them do that. Any privacy concerns can be handled with clear policies. Plus, this gives ISD agents more responsibilities when assigned to camera duty.

Add ISD Honor Battles

Whenever a ISD questions a Tech Expert's authority and or superiority to them they can be challenged to a mandatory Honor Battle, where they may choose a melee weapon of their choice and fight the tech expert to the death.

pros: ISD know their place, it is fun, ISD will lose, it is funny, it adds to RP, adds more honor to the server

cons: A ISD main may have to learn combat and make complaints

Use LCZ/HCZ cams or request access to F3 cams (if CL4)??

Camera systems create a LOT of lag and aren't really needed if you can use other cameras. LCZ cameras are 30s walk from ISD wing, HCZ about 2 mins.
Also, where would these cameras even be placed?
If I'm correct, a suggestion was made for this before and it was denied about 3-4 months back when IA became ISD.

Ngl i also wanne know this, because ventz has already said that placing the screens in random locations causes lag. Alot of it

Either one would be nice, ideally a cam room in ISD office, but the idea of an override is good too.
