Denied Add more restarts for UK

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Instead of a server restart every 24 hours maybe do another restart at like 6pm so every 12 hours. Gives the server a fresh side to it as it starts to get full pop around 4/5.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Could prevent a lot of server lag
Enhances players experience on the uk server instead of lagging all the time

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Reduce amount of people joining back after restart
Might not want to be implemented by NL as in not possible

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think its worth a shot because UK is going down every night and id rather have a restart midway through instead of it being laggy/crashing

I’m down for this, since at 3 most people aren’t on, due to class, school, work, etc, so this is a good time to restart (rather than the most busy time which is 6)

This ideal to help the server to function normally, the server is usually always dying at 6pm GMT when there is a lot of people on. However I would suggest to make the time earlier than 6PM GMT, like make it at 3-4PM GMT.

Please add a restart at 14:00 BST to prep for Prime time. When it happened the other day due to a crash, upon return and for the rest of the evening the server ran a lot better. I am positive people will not disagree with any attempt at making the server run better for a short while.

I support this idea until UK gets the hardware upgrade, then maybe look at sticking to just 1 restart.
