What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Instead of a server restart every 24 hours maybe do another restart at like 6pm so every 12 hours. Gives the server a fresh side to it as it starts to get full pop around 4/5.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Could prevent a lot of server lag
Enhances players experience on the uk server instead of lagging all the time
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Reduce amount of people joining back after restart
Might not want to be implemented by NL as in not possible
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think its worth a shot because UK is going down every night and id rather have a restart midway through instead of it being laggy/crashing
