Adds "Move" option to precision tool.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not to my knowledge

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
-Makes building easier
-Feature is reflex and will encourage new players to base
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
none

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It just makes building overall easier and is featured on almost every darkrp server.

P.S. idk why this isn't already on the server

Me and probably alot of other people normally use the precision move/apply funtion due to its rotation snapping effect to make cleaner bases.
