Add My "Anti-Meow" Discord bot to the Discord

I have written a discord bot that will time out people who "meow" in chat. It is written in Javascript and can be expanded to include other bad words as well. I feel like this will be a great addition to the Discord

i also believe this suprreses the right of freedom of speech witch is a Law from Decleration of human rights (1948) wich says that all people have the right to express themselfs if it doesnt suppres the human laws of other humans. Banning the word UwU is against expressing yourself becaus it shows happines / overwelming cuteness. Meowing / purring can be seen as a way to talk and communicate also. People with autism or
Autism Spectrum Disorders sometimes uses noices from animals/ things to express themself for example i sometimes purr towards my brothers if i am happy.
