What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
<br>[A new SCP-1370 "The Pester Bot" intended to be used as a GOI scp contained by CI/or GOC in the use of a spy kind of anomaly for either one that will be planted inside the site or will be intended to rp to be a pest or annoyance as i will intend to help the GOI in question with tasks if necessary for example hacking scps out of containment or be usedd in the use of investigation or sneaky tasks which means pester bot may pick up certain items from cards to hacking devices to infection kit ETC but cant pick up weapons including grenades energy weapons and so onit will be a pest but it may not and WILL NOT pick up weapons except for knives the rules i think will make it fair is that as pester bot you may use VC may hack out scps may be able get into vehicles but it will be failrp at all if pester bot gets a hold of anything else but knives and that it may go into vents but it must be like 912 and do note 1370 is a safe class scp and will not be meant for direct combat]<br>

<br>[Based on the positives and negatives i think this scp would become a fine addition to the server due to its unique nature and will be different from previous surface related anomalies as this ones intent and use in rp will be a fine and maybe improved addition for surface/scp interaction and can be either a forum request scp like 096 or will be like TB but mostly hoping this will be a good thing to add for content and RP]
