Accepted Add smoke grenades to CI DC and GOC Assessment Team

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[Adding smoke (or flash) grenades to the CI Deep Cover & GOC assessment Team (i asked them, Astra is cool with it)]

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[To be able to cause confusion to get out of a situation, or be able to steal another disguise during the confusion. To be able to block off line of sight being able to be more secure in kidnapping someone.]

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[Could be used too often and cause clutter and disrupt large groups of people.]

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[It would make it a another way for DC's to get out of a situation besides running and gunning. Because there are times where you just cant talk your way out of stuff.]
