Also in regards to the Administrator, he is actually already been present on the server beforehand, and is an Event Character used to assign a new O5-1 when the former one resigns.

Sorry for putting it here I just didn't know for sure what the status of it was and so I felt like I would have been cluttering the suggestions, also thank you for telling me I had gotten mixed information from certain people as most hadn't seen him and some people thought he didn't exist at all on the server, I am perfectly satisfied with the way you said he is already used and I agree with you, thanks to everyone who answered my funny poll.
