Denied Add the Bomb Vest for UNGOC/CI

What does this suggestion add?
It will add the bomb vest to UNGOC/CI

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?
Yes it was suggested for a role for CI but was denied for the reason that it would be very easy to abuse. Mine Suggestion is diffrent because it will only be available in the AA and it will only be authed by CO+

Possible Positives of the suggestion
- Fun AA weapon to use on raids for CI
- A way to spread massive chaos in other factions base´s
- Good assassination methood

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted
This would be a very fun weapon to use on raids as it is an easy way to breach their defense ( UNGOC will not use the vest on themself´s as that would not make sense in RP). It could have a way to remote detonate it an example of this would be: GOC and CI are at war GOC was able to kidnap a Gamma so they strap a bomb vest to him but then they class-a him to make him forget he has a vest on but they add a codeword to the vest so it does not require manunal detonation. So when the Gamma re-enters the CI base the GOC says /oc [Example] and the vest blows up. ( This is to prevent fail-rp if a person was to not detonate even if close to the target they where given)

[Edit] Rules and other things i would like to see for the bomb vest because i need to clarify things
-CI can only have 1 per raid
-The cooldown for a bomb vest would be 2h
- It would considered Fail rp for GOCto use it on themself´s
- CI/UNGOC are not allowed to sell the bomb vest to civ´s
- type-blue are not allowed to use the bomb vest

as much as i'd love a suicide bomber class or weapon for CI or GOC, it's very very easy to abuse and disrupt RP - We saw this about a week or so ago when we had GM give CI a suicide bomber to a Class-F'd agent and they exploded an event, ruining it instantly. If there were very strict rules about it's usage or maybe a massive cooldown between uses then it might work, but otherwise I think this will be denied for the same reason the other suggestion was. It would solve chokepoints though

Do know the bomb deals massive damage and you can just go up to someone and kill them without any sounds since you dont make sound while activating it on you. Or you can place it send it in a chute. The blast radius would be enought to kill anything within a room like the ethics office. Absolutely op. It's funny sure but giving it as an actual item is too strong. Good damage and the ability to just blow up near anyone and no one can kidnap you now since you died with it. Or you dropped it somewhere with a timer in a corner. No one spots it and dies. Slams at least need some good strats to be effective and theu are not as strong.

GOC is part of the United Nations which definitely do not use suicide bombers,
CI has a juggernaut and a Type Blue at its disposal, you want to give them a suicide bomber that will instantly fuck up any sort of firing lines? Absolutely not.

I said the GOC would not be able to use it on themselfs the GOC would only use it as a way of assassination using members of the foundation and CI. Also the entire point of using bomb vest in CI raids would be to remove chokes and using a bomb vest on jug and type-blue is stupid since they are very usefully on a raid.

Would be abused and not fun to play against, if you really need a bomb vest for rp make a sit and a staff member will decide if you need one and give it to you

This only opens up the possibility for abuse, it’s much better currently with staff/GMs managing its use since there is at least some guarantee that such a strong weapon will be used sensibly.

This wasn't my point - CI already have enough powerful utilities such as TB and jugg, they don't need suicide bombs

UNGOC nor CI are a terrorist organization. Take MRPs whatever the faction was, it was based around basically homemade shit (MG on a pickup, suicide vests, etc). UNGOC nor CI relate to it even a bit, as both have funding.
