Add the CQ300 Lynx to the Gun Skin system

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
I can make some skins for the CQ300 Lynx

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
If the Lynx turns out to be one of the weapons with 12 files attached to it, it would be wasted effort


Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

IVG tend to like having skins for their guns when I've made them in the past
