Accepted Add the Spectre M4 to CI R&D

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This Suggestion Removes the CI Chemist Spectre M4, and instead gives it to R&D.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I don't believe so.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
R&D has a Primary Gun as a Combative.
Chemist no longer has a Primary Gun as its non Combative.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
R&D has to rely on others less.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This Suggestion is really just one for Quality of life. R&D can always use an Armoury Gun, or use their Perma Gun. Having the Spectre on this job is really just a convenience for those without a Perma/On cooldown for the Armoury.

idk what GOC R&D is like, but if there is an GOC Gun that could be given to it im down for it.

R&D is another class that is considered combative, but does not spawn with weaponry. Not even a darn pistol
