Denied Adding more excitement to Non-Breached SCP, D-Class, and Non-Combatives during codes.

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[So, when SCPs are waiting to breach, and D-Class/ Non-Combatives are waiting on a code to end, we have a common issue. There's not alot they can do, be it as RSD, Medical, or even just a D-Class that is tired of being shot. My suggestion is to add something exciting on the tablet, but can't break any rules. Now, I know, this video maybe a little TOO exciting for some of you, I see you Executive standing in the CL4 room or MTF/GSD waiting in 914, but I really think that this kind of excitement could spice the server up.]

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[I think this really would add alot to the excitement of alot of players, and fill in the hours of code2 for a D-Class with a cough, or a SCP out.]
