Accepted Adding the MRP portal for rank requests and make one for SCP

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This would be adding the portal from MRP (for rank requests, so that you don't have to wait for a head mod https://portal.civilnetworks.net/login) and add one for SCP RP, this wouldn't be that much work, as the code is already there for MRP,and would just have to be configured for SCP RP

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Quicker Rank Requests
Head Mods wont burn themself out


Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Less Head mod duties
Dev time


Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
The code is already therefor MRP, it would just require it to be converted for SCP, which I'm not a dev but shouldn't take to long.

It's no point in not adding it, sometimes head mods rarely ever do it, The code is already there, it would just require to convert it.

It would make head mods less stressed out

(I spoke to uhh someone about this a bit ago, it would have to only be added for the regiment menu, and would be to much time for WL, so if this could be added for just MTFs/SA/SC would be useful

We are due for a replacement whitelist system in the first place so we could add easier hooks for it to communicate better with the portal.
