Denied Additional UNGOC Warfund Item?!?!!?!?

What does this suggestion change/add/remove: Either give GOC a warfund item that allows them all to spawn with a HAVOC or a warfund carepackage that gives us 10 HAVOCs for like 2 mil or something, subject to change.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?: When we did the Gun update this was a spit-balled idea along with a potential response level system

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

- Apex Gun actually gets used that has variety
- UNGOC Buffs are always good.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

- Potential Balancing Issues but GOC isn't even a main-combative faction so it isn't that bad.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted: I'd imagine this wouldn't be that hard to do and it is really cool, the HAVOC was such a badass gun, it is a shame that the Havoc, L-STAR and the Devotion are currently unused so I wanna give them usage ( prob not the devotion ).

GOC already has an abundance of war funds, from charge rifles to krabers to airstrikes to the suits. To put it bluntly, adding more warfunds is not needed. It is getting to a point where it would be adding warfunds just for the sake of adding them. Give some warfunds to the other two factions, they don't have very much. CI especially last I checked had 3 or 4 total unique warfunds, that being the BTR, M202, Neuro, and Bomb Drones. GOC, I am not sure of exact number but they have more then 4 I am sure of that much.
