Researcher █████ ███ ██████ had tried to create a variant of SCP-409 for use against strikes from Groups Of Interest. During the creation of them one of the samples of SCP-409-B was stolen and brought to surface by ████████ in attempt to provide intelligence to the Chaos Insurgency. Luckly Agency Manager Enzo Marchetti managed to intercept the thief at Lakehouse, however the samples spilled infecting the Agency Manager. He was then rushed to the medbay by D.E.A Agents, he was given an injection of an experimental substance which saved his life but left permanent damage. The retina of his eyes became red and the tone of his skin was blue with a significant hair loss due to the infection of SCP-409-B
