Old warns from 2022 I can not recall what happened, But for the 2023 one I had switched jobs to get back to bunks faster.
Why are you applying for Site Advisor?:

Through my time on the server I have discovered that I perfer non-combative RP, As during my time as OSA I enjoyed the non-combative factors, such as talking
with other departments, interacting with the site and seeing how each department or regiment feels, seeing what could be done to better
their RP experience, while combative RP is great it can get quite redundant and I try to have a non-combative role so I can balance my RP.

The reason why I am applying for the Site Advisor role instead of another non-combative role is because I feel that I am ready for a non-combative SR. CL4 role,
I also would like to be able to make more inter-departmental RP, as I like the idea of many departments working together on one RP project.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:

Experience
I have had many past CL4 roles in different departments which allowed me to have general knowledge about how each department feels, It has also allowed me to gain experience in leading sceanories (E-11 LTCOM), how to approache and solve problems within different departments (OSA),To make multi-department
roleplay (Game master), How to write reports/documents (Executive, Consultant).

And my other non-CL4 roles have also given me the ability to understand how non-CL4's feel about certain things, such as the gameplay loop,
interdepartmental events/activites.

Roleplay
I create roleplay which involves all members in a department, so far in E-11 I have created three operations which interacts, each of which interacts with other departments, allowing for a more diverse game play loop, of those three operations one has already launched and the other two will launch this saturday
all three receiving high praise from the senior memebers of the departments involved and from the E11 CO Team.

As an example; One of the operations I've launched being between E-11 and GSD, it encourged for E-11 NCO's to patrol with GSD Personnel (preferably cadets and guards) and teach them about the diffrent aspects of LLCZ/HCZ, how to ID check, and what certain words mean (914 vents, Kant, SCP call outs ect.) to which this operation in the short week its been launched has received various praise from the CO team and the NCO's who have done it, as it allows for a break from the dreading E-11 gameplay loop and gives a new thing to do in between Code 5's and 1's.

side note: even if I get accepted I plan to see my operations through to the end

A RP sceanorio I have made as a CSG being a IC Cross-training between UNGOC and E11, of which was executed flawlessly and strengthed relations very well (A war with GOC happened a week later) in addition is allowed for both parties to understand how callouts occur in each department during a code 5.

In addition to that as stated above, I have great past experince in creating long-term high quality RP and even more so in cross-departmental environment.

Management
In my last SR CL4 role, I was able to manage the regiment (with the help of the commander at the time of course) and keep it of high quality, So I have past experience in mangment in RP scenarios to keep it going smoothly, and I have experience in mangment of making RP scenarios with many departments to keep it as involved as possible and to ensure everyone no matter the rank is getting in the RP scenario.

A newer example of management is during the UNGOC x CI Raid which occured, I was in charge of the E-11 side of defense which I managed perfectly not allowing any hostile to enter HCZ and to which I was awared two medals.

Learning
I am aware that the position of Site Advisor is quite difficult, Which is why I think am fit for it, as even when things seem difficult I have learnt to adjust and adapt
to situtions these being skills I have learnt in my time as LTCOM and Gamemaster.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
  • Reviewing and approving tests that require site admin approval.
  • Authorizing AA when needed.
  • Overseeing the site, the different departments and regiments.
  • Mangment of site polices, to change polices or add new ones.
  • Liasion of departments and/or MTF Regiments.
  • Reviewing departments to see if they require any changes or improvments.
  • Dealing with on-site emergencies, Such as in Code 5's to keep calling out what is breached, The location of CI during code 1's, and to make sure every department is organized in complex situations and calling a code black when need be.
  • It is the job of Site Administration to decide if an application to the department director should be accepted or denied, and if a LTCOM can be promoted to commander of their regiment.
  • Site Administration can be authorised to hold tribunals for lower ranking of the staff if the ethics committee approves it.
  • To be the point of contact between departments and regiments for planning events and/or cross-departmental operations when need be (it is to be noted SA is the point of contact only when department relations with other departments are dire, SA should be the last point of contact).

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:

-/+ Support

You have extensive experience and your application is well written and formatted. The only reason that I haven't given a clear support is because I haven't seen much, if anything from you in game. Though this is to no fault of your own.

I always hope new blood gets into positions like this though so goodluck!
