Rule Suggestion Allow 457 to use Voice Chat As Well

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Making someone use text chat is a hinderance as 457, generally a reason why a lot of people use voice chat is because it doesn't stop movement / Require others to stay still for roleplay to occur.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I don't believe so.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Allow SCP-457 players to interact with roleplay more immersively, without requiring others to remain still.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
People may use outrageously weird voice changers. I don't mind them, but some voice changers do go a bit far. But I'm sure admins can be called just to tell them that.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because it's benefits in RP prove more useful than the current rule.

SCP-457 has been observed to communicate through writing letters out of its own flames, charring them onto the wall or other surfaces, and more rarely through speech, created via high-pressure, superheated air and the crackling and pops of flames - Direct quote from https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/scp-457 .

I see no reason why he can't talk.

The material we adapted 457 from literally has it speaking for reasons that make sense.

Why would this be restricted?
