Denied Allow Combat Medics to spawn in garage

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This would allow Combat Medics to spawn in the garage, as combat medics help out with surface a few times, and do good work, it would be helpful for them to be able to spawn up their

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Combat Medics helping out more
Combat Medics don't have to run up to surface all the time if there helping

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Combat medics can keep coming up to surface meaning more medics
Backspawning

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Combat medics are allowed on the surface with approval, and instead of them keep running back up there, allow them to spawn up there, it wont be abused as it still requires a medical license
