Content Suggestion Allow D-Class to gain Comms Via Biometric

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
It would allow D-Class who are given Biometric cards (Only attainable via Keycard printers) acesse to comms equal to the level of the keycard they were given, as it would be for any other job that gets such a keycard from the printer.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
No, None that I could find.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- This would lead to an increase between non-combatives and D-class, since trusted D-Class would be given said cards when they are on a work permit/Internship.

- Would allow for escaped D-Class who join CI or the UN to get acesse to their comms if they are recurited as an offical unit.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
From what I understood, this did exist before but was removed due to the fact that if they were given a biometric CI card it would give them permission to use Foundation comms instead of CI's.

This would mean that extra code would have to go into this suggestion in order to pervent that or else it could be abused.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I still do think this should be looked into as when CI are given biometric cards they gain permission to use Foundation comms (I found this out once when I was tricked by a DC), and this can increase RP for trusted D-Class.

(the comms itself could be made to be approved by staff to gain access to avoid abuse of the system exct)

I’m neutral because the abuse will happen for sure unless there is some sort of way to prevent that. I do think this is good for permit system though.

We will abuse this 100%. Just because you don’t think it’s really that easy to get to a keycard printer, all it takes is a little fear rp with a site advisor.

using the keycard printer requires not being cuffed, therefore not being gagged, they can cyanide. if you make some argument they can, its failrp, they cannot use their hands while bound in cuffs, same ruling made for comms.

I’ve printed keycards with site advisor kidnaps before, it’s not too hard to do so assuming they don’t have cyanide. Which seems to be pretty often
