What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Makes it so mops can be used while looking upwards to clean decals, make them able to be E+R'd, perhaps?
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Janitors won't have to jump up and climb their floor signs to be able to clean walls higher up. Ceilings are impossible to clean at the moment. Would make The Facility's walls and ceilings a lot cleaner.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
No negatives, it's a perfect suggestion.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Makes janitors' jobs much easier. Allows janitor roleplay.
