What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Allow MTF Commanders to promote/demote LTCOM Via the F4 Regiment tab

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
MTF Commanders can promote and demote the LTCOM that they choose via the regiment tab
MTF Commanders don't need SA or staff to promote the LTCOM
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Dev time

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This suggestion should be accepted because MTF Commanders already choose the LTCOM and it makes no sense that they cant promote/demote via F4 Regiment tab

I don't see why not, it's pretty much up to the COM and i don't think SA have ever really had an issue with the COM choosing their own LTCOM

also for some reason CI delcom have the beret on teamspeak and has more power than a major (as far as im aware)
