Allow RSD Bio to Inject SCP's

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
I think it'd make sense for RSD Bio to be able to inject SCPS's, given the fact that E-11 Bio also has the ability.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not to my knowledge.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- They're biohazard researcher, so it would make sense for them to have the ability to inject scps
- Allows for more usage on that role besides just 008 and 049 tests.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- As with any suggestion, this could be abused.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I just feel like it would make sense.

(This is a very slop suggestion but I don't really have many words for this, just seems like something they should be able to do)

While it makes sense, it also kinda just removes dclass from the chem injection RP loop as you can just do it yourself. E11 were given it to assist with dangerous tests knowing there’s only two of them on site and their main job is not conducting tests. I worry putting it on a research would kill cross department rp

While true, this suggestion only wishes to change it for biohazard, which is already a severely underused job (at least on UK). This could be a great way to get more people to use it, and those that do not wish to will use D-Class anyway. I think it may tempt some people to use it over D-Class, but I do not think it will remove the want for D-Class and cross-departmental RP as a whole, while also bringing some love to a job that very much needs it!

Although I don't hate the idea, I think it would just become a situation where people get onto biohazard researcher to specifically take D-Class out of the RP for speed or laziness or whatever - and I think they should be included even in a minor role.

On second thought, probably -support. Thought it over a bit, I dont think its worth sacrificing other peoples participation to give a job a use. RP is best with others, and if people want to play bio they will!
