Fuse the ormat.
"Asking for certain SCPs to be able to speak" is in the FAS as something that is usually insta-denied, too. I get why - However that addition came about because of both a 452 suggestion (...which... should definitely be able to speak, if you've read its page) and a 999 suggestion (which superficially sounds kinda dumb but I personally backed it because it would make things easier and more approachable/RP-encouraging for newer players as the very first entry-level SCP for them getting into the server and learning about SCP gameplay). Normally the idea of "I want X SCP that isn't currently allow to speak, to be able to speak" coming from a place of convenience over sense is generally not a good idea and I get this reasoning for the FAS addition. The impetus is just something I sorely disagree with, simply because those two in particular have good justification.
