CI-A
Have you received any kicks/bans/warnings? And why?:
-I have been banned thrice for LTARP(Jan 1st), ERP(Jan8th), and FearRP(Jan 21st). The LTARP was due to a crash, but it was a day ban where I already had something elsewhere to do, so I did not argue about it. The ERP ban was for saying, "How much is an hour?"(1 week), which I regret commenting on, and since then, I have changed and received no further ERP warnings or bans. The FearRP ban was for a day and occurred because I had multiple weapons trained on my persons, but I still broke out of cuffs and was banned. I didn't know that FearRP rules were also for D-class before the ban.
Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
-I have been active on the server since December 18th, when I became active, working primarily in the Research department. Through my work and constant activity of 3-5+ hours on site 65 daily, I have risen to the position of Biohazard Researcher. During this journey, I have enjoyed and held the research department in the highest regard. I want to be able to provide to the community in ways that I have not already depended on; I want to be able to provide for fellow researchers alike and guide them through the same journey that I went through, and in so doing, I will feel that I have completed what I wanted.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
- I have been in the research department for a solid amount of time. I've been on site 65, from which I have become experienced in most of the daily workings of the research department and many of the hard jobs. I have produced, in a short manner, quality documents for sampling specific SCPs and tests for particular SCPs. I can provide another eye onto the research department as I am new and have innovative ideas. During my time in the research department, I helped many lower-clearance researchers with technical and general knowledge about the department and the server itself. I would love to be able to do this more as an executive. I have a keen ability to teach others during stressful and sometimes difficult times; I can use these abilities to improve the overall efficiency of the research department and what it can produce.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
I have written 1 excellent-graded document. In my opinion, an excellent document should have a cover page, Index, SCP description, Hypothesis, Aim, Equipment, Safety, Method, and results. It should also have a conclusion and signatures if they were required for the test, followed by an end page. Most of these pages have to be quality work, diligent, relevant, and 10+ pages long.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
-The responsibilities of an executive researcher are as follows: An executive researcher should be able to assist low clearance personnel in anything they need, be creative, and have the knowledge to develop and create detailed and interesting tests. An executive researcher should be able to be on top and proficient in grading documents and rewarding the researcher who presented them with the appropriate reward, should be able to follow orders of higher ranked personnel, mainly the Director of research, be welcoming and forthcoming to other departments with information and be an overall positive force.
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Before joining the Foundation, Alvin was a brilliant but disillusioned astrophysicist working at a prestigious university, where his research into cosmic anomalies often brushed against phenomena that defied conventional science. His life changed during an investigation into a series of unexplained celestial events, which led him to uncover evidence of an extraterrestrial SCP entity (later designated SCP-████) influencing Earth's atmosphere. His findings caught the attention of Foundation agents, who had been monitoring his work due to its proximity to classified anomalies. After a discreet interview and a series of rigorous evaluations, Alvin was recruited into the Foundation as a junior researcher, and his expertise in anomalous phenomena made him a valuable asset.

Alvin began his journey as a junior researcher with a new drive and unshakable curiosity. His early career was marked by his work on SCP-████, a cognitohazardous entity that required meticulous observation and innovative containment strategies. Alvin's breakthrough came when he devised a method to neutralize the entity's memetic effects using a combination of auditory dampeners and controlled exposure therapy, a solution that saved countless lives and earned him recognition from higher-ups. His rise through the ranks was anything but conventional; during a containment breach involving SCP-682, Alvin volunteered to lead a small team to retrieve critical data from a compromised sector. Despite the overwhelming danger, he outmaneuvered the entity by exploiting its behavioral patterns, showcasing his bravery and strategic thinking. Over time, Alvin became known for his unorthodox yet effective methods, such as using SCP-914 to refine experimental containment devices and collaborating with MTF units to field-test new protocols. His ascent to Executive Researcher was solidified after he successfully negotiated a temporary alliance with a group of anomalous humanoids (SCP-XXXX) to contain a Keter-level threat, demonstrating his ability to think beyond traditional boundaries. Today, Alvin is revered for his intellect and willingness to take calculated risks, making him a pivotal figure in the Foundation's ongoing mission to secure, contain, and protect.

Dedicated Bio researcher, not a hard ass but knows how to do his job right. Works really well with others in my experience, only positive interactions.

(needs to stop getting kidnapped though)

Yes, while I have seen him minge, that doesn't change that he is actually pretty active on researcher. Maybe getting a position they actually care about will change them to be a little more serious.

Subject: Executive Researcher Appointment Denial

After careful consideration, the Executive Team and your fellow Director have decided not to move forward with your application at this time. We truly appreciate the effort and dedication you’ve demonstrated, and this decision is not a reflection of your potential, but rather a recognition that additional time in the senior team would be beneficial in further strengthening your understanding of the Research Department’s operations.

Thank you,
Vito 'Dusk'
Director of Research
