What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Amend the current rule stating 2295 cant speak to say cant speak in favour of a team maybe?
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Will make 2295 gameplay more enjoyable for the player, thus possibly resulting in people playing as him more often
It'll allow for more social interaction on the server which'll be funny
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
People may accidentally leak details about, for example, CI/MTF player positions during a fight.
Not lore accurate as well.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Personally, I find the social aspect of the game more enjoyable than the gameplay. Being able to talk as 2295 will allow for infinite more fun as the character rather than just watching in agony as no one approaches the medical line.
