What NATO regiment are you looking to enter?:

What rank are you looking to enter your chosen regiment in?:
- SCOs
What makes you the best candidate for your chosen regiment?:
- I have past experience within ISAF, have worked my way up to a decent rank and have a really good relationship with most people in ISAF.
List your strengths and weaknesses:
- STRENGTHS > Combat, training experience, leadership experience, good relationships with lots of regiments, retained experience from all the regiments I have been in
- WEAKNESSES > Disliked by NHC (not sure why), will stand up for ISAF against RMP
Please list out your accomplishments on MRP, both in your chosen regiment (if applicable) and outside of it:
- I have earned a large variety of medals on USSR and NATO (dm if you want a list of them)
- Biggest accomplishment is that I get personally trained by Lee Falzone (father of ISAF mortars)
- I have been able to rise up to the ranks of MAJ in ISAF before and LTCOL in SAS
What are the responsibilities of the position you are applying for?:
- Check documents by keeping them up to date, checking the activity of COs and SNCOs as well as their ability to lead wars and train players, giving trainings to players (COs and general infantry).
What are the main problems you see with the regiment you are entering into?:
- Lack of trainings
- Many people in ISAF don't know how to do the basic activities (a.k.a like using a boxer to mortar or using mortars)
- Not enough medals being handed out perhaps or recognition to lower ranks to keep them within the regiment.
Continuing from the above question, what is your plan to address these problems?:
- Personally do trainings and help anyone who would like some assistance in leading trainings to better the general skill of ISAF (not do boring trainings but ones that are actually useful e.g. Mortar trainings, positioning trainings)
- Teach people how to give quick-short callouts in war time with trainings
- Help train up and be a personal liaison to lower ranks who would possibly want to stay and join ISAF once they get CPL
