After discussing this with GOC knowledgeable staff members, we've come to the conclusion that we cannot approve this at this time due to the jobs that the PAC3 is being requested for having 3 distinctly different models. If you wish to resubmit this for one specifically or create 3 different models for all 3 different jobs, we can re-evaluate your request.
