What will you do to stop this from happening again: Don't let trolls try to get me banned just because they have "You've been warned multiple times before" to back them up. I will also record to make sure I get my own POV so trolls cant use their pov against me.
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? Yes, a fair few times.
Why should you be unbanned: I was just warned again, when I started to take the server seriously and play properly, and then some d-class sends me into a sit while I'm playing as a Foundation Security and says I shot him for no reason and he didn't have a weapon out, even though I saw him pull something out which I found out was a guitar later, but I didn't kill him. I wasn't involved with him prior to this and then out of the blue I get pulled into a sit where they say they didn't pull out anything and their objective was to get me banned cause they're toxic roleplayers who get power-highs.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I will make sure to clip everything, make sure that no kids can be toxic and take their pov out of context to get me in trouble.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: Because I would like to continue roleplaying on the server and I really enjoy the atmosphere, despite some of the playerbase being toxic and unbearable. I would also like to continue roleplaying as class-D and a guard.

Hello Jonas,

Thank you for making this report. I want to clarify that i was just there to ban you because the other moderator did not have the perms to do it. You had 3 warnings prior to you're ban on the same day and you were going to get you're forth. That is why you were banned for Stacked Warnings.
Also i get that you want to be unbanned but please do not start messaging me on discord, steam DM's and steam profile. It gives a weird look. Just make a forum report like you did here.

Hello Jonas,

I was the staff who banned you, the reason for you're ban was the stacked warnings you had. the case that I took from the evidence I was presented it was a clear ARDM, no class D near pulled out anything and no one was near the class D when you shot him. you had 3 warnings that same day and a ban the day before. I asked for a second option from Dutch and we both came to to the decision it was the right thing to do.

Upon reviewing the situation and evidence, I have decided to unban you. I was gonna reduce your ban to 3 days but seeing as you've served that time you'll be unbanned. Please in future make sure they're holding a gun before you open fire.
