What's your current playtime: 2d 13h

Do you have a mic (optional): Yes

Your characters name: Vesper Kocher

List all the names of the characters that you use (Foundation, Civillian, e.t.c.): Foundation: Vesper Kocher | Civilian: Vesper Fox | CI: Vesper Aphid | UNGOC: -

Is this the first application you made? If no, link all previous applications: No, I previously applied for Moderator.

Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Yes, 3 warnings – 2 Cooldown Violation during a CI Raid and 1 FailRP (Bunny Hopping).

How many hours can you be on everyday: 6 hours on weekdays, 14 hours on weekends.

Do you have any previous experience as a Gamemaster/Event Manager in a community:
Yes, I have experience as an Event Manager, however not on a Garry's Mod server but on a FiveM server.

Do you have any advanced skills that would benefit the GM team, such as PAC-3, dupes building, art creation and others? If yes, give us your best example of putting that skill into practice:
Yes, I have skills in art and graphic creation. In the past I have made things like banners and event posters for communities I was part of. I didnt had a picture i took the IPD one and remaket it. I can make better thinks, with more time.

Please list one RP Enhancement for a Foundation Department/MTF:
I would introduce a mandatory debrief system for MTF units after every SCP containment breach. After a breach is resolved, the MTF squad leader must hold a short in-character debrief, documenting casualties, containment methods used and any anomalous behaviour observed. This creates more immersive RP and gives MTF units a structured purpose beyond just re-containing SCPs.

Please list one RP Enhancement for a Non-Foundation Group:
For the Chaos Insurgency, I would introduce an informant system where CI operatives can bribe or persuade low-ranking Foundation personnel to leak information such as SCP locations, security codes or patrol routes. This adds a layer of espionage RP and makes interactions between factions more dynamic and unpredictable.

Please list one Event idea for the United Nations Global Occult Coalition:
"Operation Cleansing Fire": Intelligence reports that the Foundation has been secretly harboring a highly dangerous and uncontained Keter-class SCP that poses a global extinction threat. The GOC deploys a strike team to the Foundation site with orders to neutralize the anomaly by any means necessary – including destroying the entire facility. The Foundation must decide whether to cooperate or defend themselves while attempting to safely contain the SCP before the GOC acts.

Please list one Event idea for the Chaos Insurgency:
"The Stolen Asset": The Chaos Insurgency receives intel that a powerful anomalous artifact is being transferred between Foundation sites. CI operatives must intercept the convoy, steal the artifact and bring it back to their base while Foundation forces and MTF units pursue them. The artifact itself causes random anomalous effects on whoever is near it, making the extraction chaotic and unpredictable.

Please list one Event idea for the SCP Foundation
"Blackout Protocol": A unknown electromagnetic pulse shuts down all electronics in the facility – cameras, doors, comms and containment cells all go offline simultaneously. Several SCPs breach in the chaos. Foundation staff must work together using only manual tools and radio communication to re-contain all SCPs before the backup power fails completely and the site is lost.

Please list a Major Event or Map Change idea (Involving all sides and the entire server)
"The Veil Collapse": A catastrophic anomalous event causes a dimensional rift to open at the center of the map, spawning waves of hostile extradimensional entities that attack all factions equally. The Foundation, CI and GOC are all forced into an uneasy temporary ceasefire to survive. Each faction has a unique role – the Foundation attempts to scientifically close the rift, the GOC provides heavy firepower to hold back the entities and the CI tries to capture one of the entities for their own research. The event ends differently depending on which faction succeeds in their objective first, creating a dynamic and server-wide conclusion.

What elements can make an event unenjoyable? Include one example, avoiding the typical answers if possible
One often overlooked element that makes an event unenjoyable is when a Gamemaster plays favourites without realising it. For example, if a GM runs a CI raid event but only spawns high-tier weapons and NPCs on the CI side while giving the Foundation no meaningful way to respond or adapt, it stops feeling like an event and starts feeling like a scripted loss for one side. Players disengage quickly when they feel their actions have no real impact on the outcome regardless of how well they play.

And finally, what do you wish to achieve by becoming a Gamemaster?
I want to create memorable experiences that make players genuinely excited to log on. I want to give every faction meaningful and fun content, not just the same repetitive scenarios. My goal is to bring creativity and consistency to the GM team and help build a server environment where RP feels alive and impactful for everyone involved.

Gamemaster Application - Denied

Hello @Vesper

Unfortunately, having discussed your application with Event Team Supervisors, we believe you are not currently fit to be a member of the Gamemaster team.

I have personally privately messaged you with the reason as to why you have been denied, alongside a few tips.

You may re-apply in 1 week.
